I’m Pratosh. I run Leap Intelligence.

I build systems that save time and make you more money.

A form, a call, a PDF, a question buried in a folder. I look at how you already work and set up one system around that. Usually about a month. Uses the tools you have.

What I do

One slow process. I automate that first.

Most people want inbound answered while they’re busy, or they want to stop paying someone to retype the same file. I watch how the work actually moves, then I build around that.

Get back to people before someone else does

A form, a call, a quote request. If it sits for a few hours, that person already moved on. I set up a reply that goes out fast, asks a couple of questions, and puts a time on the calendar.

Stop typing the same paperwork

Invoices, applications, PDFs in an inbox. Someone on your team is copying those into a spreadsheet or a CRM by hand. I make a system that reads the file and fills it in. You still check it. You just don't retype it.

Find things in your own files

Rules, manuals, a 200-page packet. I set it up so you can ask a normal question and get the answer from your own documents.

How it works

How it works

1

You tell me what's broken

Walk me through it. Work comes in here, it sits, this person is supposed to handle it, they don't. I need to see how it actually works today.

2

I build one thing

One workflow, about 30 days, using the tools you already have.

3

You pay if it works

If it doesn't do what we agreed, you don't pay.

Customer stories

A few examples

Inbound

Paying for leads and answering them the next morning

Team of maybe 8–15 people. Inquiries come in while everyone's out. By the time someone texts back, the person already booked with whoever replied first. What I build: a message goes out in under a minute, a few simple questions, a slot on the calendar. You still do the real conversation.

Quotes

Someone fills out a form. Nobody calls for three hours.

Website, referral, ad. If that request sits, they call the next shop. The system asks the qualifying questions, then hands it to the right person while they're still looking at their phone. Same pattern whether it's a loan, a repair, or a consult.

Back office

A folder of PDFs and one person typing them in

Vendors or clients email documents. Someone keys them into the ledger. That person is always behind. I point software at the files so the line items land in the right place. Staff look at the weird ones. They don't type the whole stack.

Who it’s for

Small teams. No software department required.

If follow-up or paperwork still lives in an inbox, that’s enough. Houses, loans, trades, a clinic, something else. If you already have a whole department whose job is this, I’m probably not useful yet.

Say what you run and what’s currently sitting around too long. If it’s not a fit I’ll say so.
